ADVERTISING AND RECRUITMENT

You will get support from us from the initial adverting stage through to the employment offer and until the candidate commences their training and subsequently qualifies.  Recruitment and selection is our main specialism and as a team we have over 50 years of collective experience in recruiting and selecting the right fit for schools and businesses. The process involves many compliance and qualification checks, a face-to-face interview and a skills test to ensure that the quality of our apprentices remains high from the outset.

The best part is that unlike other providers, our highly skilled tutors are involved at the recruitment stage and have the final say as to who gains entry to each course. We have found that this ensures a high quality cohort and gains the commitment of the learners from the first day we meet them at our recruitment events.

EXPERT TRAINING

System People employ only the BEST Tutors in the area and have very high standards when it comes to internal recruitment. We are very proud of our training team. Natalie Sisson, Jo Irwin and Jenni Doyle make up our core team and are supported by associate trainers during the year as seasonal courses are offered.

They all train their respective qualifications to the learners through a combination of on-the-job observations, assessments and online classroom training.  The learner experience is extremely important to us and we work hard to make sure that we have excellent relationships with our learners and provide the best training possible!

As an agency, we already Supply Teachers and TAs to schools in Cumbria on a regular basis as well as administration and office support staff to local businesses.  Our staff are familiar with local employers in both the Education and Commercial sectors so they have much to offer when best matching an apprentice to your vacancy.  Our apprentices go through a stringent application process and are assessed and tested to determine whether they are suitable to be put forward for your vacancies.  This includes both academic testing as well as understanding their true aspirations through a face to face formal interview.  This includes a session with our Tutor to fully describe and explain a day in the life of a Teaching Assistant/Early Years Practitioner to ensure they understand what the job entails.
